Provide Your Personal Information
Step 1: Open the RNTLS app and tap Sign Up.
- Enter your basic information like name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth
Step 2: Verify your account with (OTP):
- You’ll receive a code to verify your mobile number and email.
- Enter the code within the time limit shown on screen.
- Didn’t get a code? Tap Resend — note that resend attempts are limited for security.
Step 3: Once verified, your account is created, and you’ll be prompted to:
- Select your current location because that will help us provide vehicles that are closer to your area.
- Choose a strong password
Identity Verification
RNTLS verifies every customer’s identity before a rental can be confirmed, using a secure document check.
- Tap Verify Identity from your profile setup.
- Upload your driver’s license:
- Take a photo of the front of your license using your camera,
- Make sure all four corners are visible, and the text is readable — the system automatically scans the document (OCR) to confirm the details match your profile.
- Upload your Personal ID
- Take a live selfie:
- Follow the on-screen prompts to capture a real-time selfie (not a photo upload) — this confirms you’re a real person and matches your ID.
- Make sure you’re in a well-lit area, and your face is fully visible.
- Submit for verification.
- Your documents are reviewed through our identity verification provider. This is usually quick, but can take longer in some cases.
