The Shop Billing Report
The Shop Billing Report gives you a broader view of your shop’s billing performance:
Report Details
- Total Billed — Total amount billed on revenue-recognized rentals (excluding rentals with customer-pay extensions)
- Gained Revenue — Amount actually paid via rent, extension, or upfront transactions
- Upcoming Revenue — Total amount for rentals that are still pre-active
- Active Shops — Count of shops with at least one rental in the selected period
- Monthly Rental Spend — A per-shop breakdown of billed, gained, and upcoming amounts, with a month-over-month comparison
This report is also available as a PDF or Excel export, so you can share or archive it outside the portal.
The Shop Owner Dashboard
Gives you a running view of rental activity and performance, and any report you’re viewing can be exported for your own records.
Viewing total active rentals
Your dashboard’s Active Rentals card shows the count of rentals currently active for your shop, overlapping the current calendar month, along with growth compared to the prior month. This gives you a quick read on how much is currently in motion at any given time.
Viewing upcoming bookings summary
Your Rentals Overview card breaks down your shop’s rentals into Active, Pending (awaiting customer approval), Completed, and Cancelled — with a header total across all four. Alongside it, your Recent Rentals list shows the rentals for your shop overlapping the current month, so you can see what’s upcoming and what’s already been handled at a glance.
Exporting reports (CSV / PDF)
Wherever export is available, the exported data always matches what you’re currently viewing — the same filters, date range, and search criteria applied on screen. Depending on the specific report, you can export as:
- PDF — For reports and billing summaries you want to share or archive as-is
- CSV or Excel — For reports you want to bring into a spreadsheet for further analysis
This means you never need to reconstruct a filtered view after exporting — what you see is exactly what you get in the file.
