Viewing your upcoming & active rentals

You don’t need to manually approve a new reservation — a normal booking is automatically accepted on your behalf as soon as the customer confirms it. You’ll be notified right away, and the reservation is added to your work queue so you can start preparing the vehicle.

Because there’s no separate approval step, it’s important to keep vehicle availability up to date, since an auto-accepted booking is a confirmed commitment.

Tracking your rental’s status

Every active rental keeps a live status and activity history so you always know where things stand — from pickup through any extensions, location changes, or incidents, all the way to return. You can open any rental from your activity hub to see its current status, the vehicle and customer details, and a timeline of everything that’s happened so far.

Activity hub:

Your activity hub is where you keep track of everything on your plate. From here you can see:

  • Upcoming rentals — Reservations that have been auto-accepted and are waiting on preparation or drop-off
  • Active rentals — Rentals that are currently in progress
  • Request summaries and the permitted renter details for each booking, so you know who to expect and when

Use this view as your day-to-day checklist for what needs preparation, what’s ready for drop-off, and what’s currently out with a customer.

Communicating with the customer

You can message your customer directly through in-app chat for any rental-related conversation after the customer approved the rent — coordinating pickup details, answering questions, or checking in during the rental. A few things to know:

  • Your conversations are listed with the most recent message first, and unread messages are clearly flagged.
  • You can send and view photos or other media shared in the conversation.
  • If a message with media fails to send, it won’t be shown as sent once you reload — so you can tell right away if something needs to be resent.
